WARRANTY
We offer a 1-year warranty for structural
faults against manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes damages resulting
from shipping, accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, abuse, or
ordinary wear and tear.
Yeafine is not responsible for damages
relating to natural fading or discoloration, oxidation, humidity, prolonged
exposure to sunlight or salt air or other unsuitable environmental conditions.
Handicraft gifts (e.g., handmade fans) are delicate artworks that are prone to damage or deformation during daily use. Accordingly, long-term warranty does not apply to such products.
Please inspect and confirm the quality within seven days upon delivery. Any quality issues raised within this period will be properly assessed and resolved through negotiation. Failure to submit a written quality issue report within the seven-day inspection window will be deemed as acceptance of the product’s qualified quality status.
RETURN POLICY
All damages and shortages must be notified
by email within 72 hours from receipt of goods. Kindly provide photos of the
damaged products and packaging, with a written description of the damage.
Yeafine must be notified within 24 hours of
goods receipt if the goods will not be unpacked promptly.
Our custom-made and special-order items are
non-returnable unless approved by Yeafine, and only in cases of verified
defects in workmanship or raw materials.
Should any product fail to meet the
original order specification (excluding reasonable permissible variations),
Yeafine reserves the right to repair or remake the item, instead of accepting
returns.
These conditions shall be construed and shall
take effect in accordance with the Laws of China.
EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY
We accept no liability for the fitting or suitability
of products custom-made to the customer’s own measurements.
No liability is accepted for normal colour
variations inherent in the manufacturing process.
Yeafine accepts no liability for any delivery
delays.
